Day 01 (Arrival – Bulawayo, Zimbabwe)

Day 02 (Matoba National Park)

Tour Details

    • Breakfast at the hotel/Lodges/Camps.
    • You will get to enjoy Game drive twice in day, one in the morning and second in the second half of the day before sunset.
    • Pick up in an open safari vehicle with professional guides offering the perfect opportunity to get up close to Zimbabwe’s wildlife, Culture and history. While in a game drive get the chance to spot the big 5 animals of Africa i.e. Lion, Leopard, Elephant, African buffalo except Rhino in Matobo National Park.
    • Back to hotels/Lodges/Camps and overnight stay.

Day 03 (Matobo, Grave of Cecil John Rhodes, Cave and Painting)

Tour Details

    • Breakfast at the hotel/Lodges/Camps.
    • Pick up for your full day tour, today you will explore the unexplored part of Matobo National Park. The Matobo National Park forms the core of the Matobo or Matopos Hills, in southern Zimbabwe is a dramatic cultural landscape most known for its granite rock formations that extend approximately 3,000 square kilometers. A continuously inhabited area, sites within the Matobo Hills mark critical stages in human history and evolution, reaching back 100,000 years with granite being forced to the surface, this has eroded to produce smooth "whaleback dwalas" and broken kopjes, strewn with boulders and interspersed with thickets of vegetation.
    • Next, visit and see the Grave of Cecil John Rhodes, The remains of British imperialist. He was famous as British mining magnate, and was buried in what is now Zimbabwe; Lie under a slab of stone atop a granite hill his grave has been a controversial site. Today, his grave site is part of Matobo National Park, Zimbabwe.
    • Proceed towards Nswatugi Cave, The name Nswatugi means “the place of jumping” as it is believed that Mwari / Mwali (God) jumped from his home at Njelele Mountain over the top of Nswatugi Hill and landing on Khalanyoni Hill.
    • Nswatugi Cave opens at the end of a steep gully, the entrance is only six meters across, but the cave extends fourteen meters into the hill and contains beautiful friezes of giraffes, elephants and kudu in a wide range of colours. Two large shaded polychrome giraffe dominate the frieze with below a camp scene of figures asleep in their karosses.
    • There are six large kudu and a mass of figures including a zebra, crouched humans with others carrying weapons and lines of running hunters. On the right side of the frieze there is another polychrome giraffe and a group of zebra. Below the main frieze are a number of ovoids in ochre and red with stippling and white caps.

Day 04 (Matobo – Victoria Falls (Approx. 6 Hours Drive))

    • Arrive and check-in to your hotel and rest of the day @ leisure.

Day 05 (Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe Side)

Tour Details

    • Breakfast at the hotel/Lodges/Camps.
    • Morning proceed to Victoria Falls which is a waterfall on the Zambezi River in southern Africa, which provides habitat for several unique species of plants and animals. It is located on the border between Zambia and Zimbabwe.
    • While it is neither the highest nor the widest waterfall in the world, the Victoria Falls are classified as the largest, based on its combined width of 1,708 meters (5,604 ft.) and height of 108 meters (354 ft.), resulting in the world's largest sheet of falling water. The Victoria Falls are roughly twice the height of North America's Niagara Falls and well over twice its width.
    • Next visit the magnificent Victoria Falls Bridge which crosses the Zambezi River just below the Victoria Falls and halt for a photo stop with your back to Victoria Falls where you can see the water fall and the rainbows.
    • Back to hotels/Lodges/Camps and overnight stay OR (If you like to put yourself in danger, then you can go an opt for Bungee Jumping on your own)

Day 06 (Flyback)
